Silent Water

Jaouad Alloul (BE/MA), Alexander Piper (FR/UK), Gabriel Policardo (FR/IT) & Martin Baurdriller (FR) met in Brussels during one of the legendary sunday jams at Bob’s place in the winter of 2023.
There, they discovered their shared love of improvisation. Songs that arise out of everyday moments related to major world problems and human condition where, as observers of life, they often feel stupefied.
Music is a way for them to understand the world.

De Meisje

As a child, Idriss wants to be a girl. According to him, that would solve everything. He could wear dresses and high heels. And he could just be in love with boys. Every night, he prays to God for healing. Every morning, everything is still the same.
At the age of 20, he closes the door behind him and steps into a new world. Away from home, away from God. Searching for himself.
